This project entailed a complete facade renovation of the existing, outdated Novotel S20 Hotel in Bangkok, aiming to bring a fresh and contemporary feel to the property. The design intention was to introduce a slightly different aesthetic from the typical Novotel style, offering a more modernized approach.

The building was divided into two distinct elements: the podium and the tower. Each received unique elevational treatments, creating individual characters while maintaining harmony through complementary colour tones and materials.

The renovation also encompassed the redesign of the drop-off area, the addition of full-height glass fi ns in the lobby and ballroom, as well as the introduction of a projecting infinity pool and a rooftop bar.
